For the UK: We ship all of our wigs via Royal Mail Special Delivery, with trackable delivery and insurance. Once your wig has been shipped, Royal Mail will provide you with a tracking number. Please check your email, including your spam folder, for this information.

International orders are shipped via FedEx with a fully trackable service. All duties and import taxes are included in the delivery charge, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and any additional costs incurred to resend the parcel. We recommend ensuring that your delivery details are accurate and that you are available to receive your package to avoid any issues.
