SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of the products all sales are deemed final. To ensure you are satisfied with our products we are happy to arrange a video call or provide extra information on request. We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online stores. However, please note that colours or product appearance may differ from how they may appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and your device settings and configuration.
Our products include ready to ship products in limited colours and limited quantities and may or may not be restocked, depending on availability. All wigs listed on our website have been quality checked prior to listing, to provide you with the best possible experience and luxury feel.
We offer custom made products, made to your specifications, which takes approximately 4-6 weeks, depending on the design. We will keep you updated on the progress ensuring you know exactly when your wig is ready to ship.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Ted's Wig Emporium reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Ted's Wig Emporium confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Ted's Wig Emporium may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].
We recognise that preferences can change. You can cancel your order free of charge until whilst the order is being processed. However, once the item has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Should you wish to swap the purchased item with another available one prior to shipping, we will gladly facilitate this at no additional cost.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.
We accept payment via PayPal and must be made in full before your wig will be shipped.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING
We ship all of our wigs via Royal Mail Special Delivery service, utilizing a tracked and insured service to ensure security and peace of mind. Once your wig has been shipped you will receive a tracking number. Please check your email, including your spam folder, for this information. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may be applied to your order.
In the event that a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and any other costs incurred to resend the parcel. We recommend ensuring that your delivery details are accurate and that you are available to receive your package to avoid any issues.
